"Recharge", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Recharge (operating as Recharge @ Bureau), a division of Bureau Investment Group Limited.
1. About Recharge
Recharge is a premium guided strength training and spa facility offering GuidedStrengthX™ training, spa services, and membership plans with varying levels of access. An active membership is required to use the facility.
2. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or functionality, upload malicious content, or reproduce material without permission. We may restrict website access when necessary.
3. Memberships
3.1 Membership Plans
- Flex - 1 guided strength session per week (resets weekly; sessions do not carry over; additional sessions may be purchased as add-ons)
- Core - Unlimited guided strength training
- Premium - Unlimited guided strength training + spa access
- Biohacker - Spa-only membership (18+)

3.2 Membership Agreement
Important
All members enter into a Membership Agreement during signup. If any conflict exists between these Terms and the Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement applies.
4. Age Restrictions
These rules are enforced through GymMaster at signup and at booking. Individuals under 16 cannot use the gym. Individuals under 18 cannot use the spa or hold a spa-only membership.
5. Booking Rules
All training and spa sessions must be booked via the GymMaster app or member portal.
Booking windows:
Members must check in using the GymMaster digital key or QR code.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session.
- Flex: Missed or late-cancelled weekly sessions are lost; sessions do not roll over.
- Core / Premium / Biohacker: A strike-based system applies; missed-session fees may apply as outlined in the Membership Agreement.
7. Freeze Policy
Members may request a freeze via the member app. Freezes are subject to:
- 1 freeze per year
- Maximum 6 months per freeze
- Maximum 6 months within any 36-month period
- Manual approval
8. Spa Use & Health Restrictions
Spa facilities include heat, cold, and halotherapy exposure.
Spa Use Restrictions
Spa use is not permitted for anyone:
- Under 18
- Pregnant
- With uncontrolled hypertension
- With certain cardiovascular conditions
We may request medical clearance if required for safe participation.
9. Health & Safety
Members must complete the Health & Liability Waiver (PAR-Q), follow staff guidance, use equipment correctly, train within personal limits, and inform us of relevant health changes. We may restrict access for safety reasons.
10. Personal Training
Personal training is provided independently by staff. An active membership is required. PT payments are arranged directly between member and trainer. PT Area usage fees may apply.
11. Payments & Billing
Membership fees are collected via SEPA Direct Debit through the GymMaster system. Members must maintain valid payment information and resolve failed payments promptly. Membership may be suspended for non-payment.
12. Liability
Use of the facility is at your own risk. Recharge is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, pre-existing medical conditions, or loss/theft of personal belongings. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and the GuidedStrengthX™ method are intellectual property of Recharge or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
14. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for external websites linked from our own site.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when published on this page.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved in the Irish courts.
