Contrast therapy using our sauna and cold plunge creates a powerful stress response that boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery. The heat exposure triggers beneficial hormetic stress while the cold immersion activates your body's natural healing mechanisms. Red light therapy (RLT) and halotherapy delivered together in a convenient 20-minute session. Seating up to 2 people, it's extremely time-efficient and unmatched in value - these two therapies alone often cost €30 each elsewhere, but at Recharge they're part of your membership. RLT is especially well-researched, with powerful effects on recovery, vitality, and overall health.

All personal training at Recharge are members-only, and trainers operate independently - they set their own rates and work for themselves. This gives you flexibility and choice, while ensuring every session is tailored to your needs.

Yes – you're free to cancel any time before your next billing cycle starts, directly through the Recharge app. There's no cancellation notice required. We want membership to feel flexible, not restrictive.
Yes - all new members start with our four-session onboarding programme. It includes 4 × 1:1 sessions with a trainer where you’ll learn the technique, safety, and flow of the GuidedStrengthX™ system. You can book the sessions directly in the app.
